One rule for every ten years

Upon the occasion of my 70th birthday I have prepared a summary of my accumulated wisdom; one rule for each ten years of my life.

1. Love one another. This is the basis for a successful and satisfying life.

2. Question everything. Buddha said, “Believe nothing, merely because you have been told it. Do not believe what your teacher tells you…
